Fruity Milkshake
Orange Shake
Summer Berry Drink

Fruity Milkshake
Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:
250 ml (1 cup) 2% milk
125 ml (1/2 cup) yogurt, any flavor
500 ml (2 cups) fruit (fresh or frozen)

Directions:
1.  Place all ingredients in blender.
2.  Blend until smooth.
3.  Pour into 2 glasses

Orange Shake
Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:
1 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1 ripe banana

Directions:
1.  Place all ingredients in blender.
2.  Blend until smooth.
3.  Pour into 2 glasses.

Summer Berry Drink
Serves 1 

Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice, chilled
2 tbsp skim milk powder
2 frozen strawberries
2 tbsp frozen blueberries

Directions:
1.  Place all ingredients in blender.
2.  Blend until smooth.
3.  Pour into a glass and enjoy on a hot summer day!
